SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery estimates, and shipping issues are handled for purchases made at shopgritual.com (“Store”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Where we ship

We currently ship to: EU,UK,US.

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.


2) Order processing & made-to-order items

Most of our products are made to order / printed on demand after you place an order. Because of that:

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days (may vary by product and season).

  • Processing time: the time between ordering and the parcel being handed to the carrier includes production + packing.

You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.


3) Shipping methods, carriers & tracking

We use third-party shipping carriers. Tracking is provided where available.

Tracking notes:

  • Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

  • In some destinations, tracking may stop after customs handover or final-mile transfer.


4) Delivery estimates (not guaranteed)

Delivery times depend on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, and peak seasons.

Estimated shipping time (after dispatch):

  • Italy/EU: [2–4 business days]

  • United Kingdom: [2–4 business days]

  • United States: [3–6 business days]

All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control (carrier delays, customs inspections, weather events, etc.).

EU/UK consumer note: if no delivery date is agreed, EU consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.


5) Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight/size, and shipping method.


6) Taxes, VAT, customs & import fees

Prices and shipping charges shown at checkout may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local taxes charged by your country.

For international shipments:

  • You (the customer) are responsible for any customs/import charges unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.

  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control.


7) Address accuracy & failed delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees:

  • We may offer a reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply), or

  • A refund excluding shipping costs, where permitted and depending on the return condition.


8) Missing, lost, or stolen packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and any safe place (porch/concierge/locker).

  2. Contact the carrier with the tracking number.

Risk / responsibility for delivery:

  • EU consumers: the goods generally remain at the trader’s risk until you (or someone you nominate) receives physical possession, unless you arranged your own carrier not offered by the trader.

  • UK consumers: goods generally remain at the trader’s risk until they come into the physical possession of the consumer (or someone identified by the consumer).

  • USA/other jurisdictions: the allocation of risk can vary; we will handle claims reasonably and in line with applicable consumer protection rules.

Where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer (as appropriate): replacement or refund.


9) Damaged packages / items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at gritualproject@gmail.com within 1 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund consistent with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


10) Shipping delays & out-of-stock / production issues

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with updated timing options.

USA consumer note (order delays): the FTC’s Mail/Internet/Telephone Order Rule requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for shipping times and to seek consent for delays or issue refunds for unshipped merchandise in certain cases.


11) Multiple shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be produced in different facilities and may ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
